    With over 20 years of senior insights and marketing experience with some of Australia's most iconic brands, Paul's passion lies in developing powerful insights into actionable plans and tangible outcomes... "Thoughts in Action". Paul's experience extends across both agency and client sides. Paul worked in a number senior insights and marketing management roles within FMCG.

    William Saxton

    Executive Director

    William is an experienced FMCG Marketing professional, working in Australasia; North, Central and South Asia; Europe and, North America. Prior to starting T garage, William worked for over 25 years with a range of Blue chip organisations: holding roles such as: Global Brand Strategic Leader - Mars Confectionery, Marketing Director for Mars Australasia, Marketing Director - Coca-Cola South Pacific, Campbell’s Soup (Arnott’s Biscuits) and, Cadbury (UK).

    Ali Dexter

    Director of Strategy & Insight

    With over 20 years of research and consultancy experience gained locally and internationally (Asia, US, UK) Ali brings breadth and depth of experience to T garage. Having worked across a broad range of market industries, categories and brands, in both the private and public sectors, Ali has a strong passion for applying new techniques and ways of understanding human behaviour. Always is always about gaining clarity and actionability around strategy and growth.

    Justin Batrouney

    Technology Director

    Justin is the lead architect of the InsightIQ Platform. With over 18 years of digital development experience, he has designed and built many CMS, mobile, eCommerce and social media solutions, and is the “go-to” guy for all areas of technical expertise in the vast sphere that is today’s digital world.

    Ben White

    Director of Insights Sydney

    Along with several years' management consulting and client-side experience, Ben has nearly 30 years' experience designing and delivering strategic insight projects to a broad client base both here in Australia and the UK. Ben’s ambition is simple – help businesses develop insights that create value!
